Rev. Kurt W. Feldmeyer

Chairman and Executive Director

Kurt Feldmeyer is co-founder of Salem Outreach Network.  He has served in leadership with nonprofits and other notable international ministries since 1997.  He is also the founder of Salem Nonprofit Strategies which provides consulting services to nonprofit boards of directors in leadership and fundraising.  He has worked in the local church as a Christian recording artist, evangelist, church planter and praise and worship leader.

Kurt earned a Master of Theological Studies degree from Houston Graduate School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Florida State University.  He also holds the Certificate of Nonprofit Management from Duke University.

Sabrina B. Feldmeyer

Treasurer and Chief Operations Director

Kurt and Sabrina Feldmeyer married in 1997.  Sabrina is co-founder of Salem Outreach Network and President of Salem Adventure Travel.  She has also worked as a Radiologic Technologist for over 20 years.  Sabrina has served the local church as Finance Director, children’s outreach director, teacher, and has extensive experience in special event planning.  She is in charge of managing the special events and finances of the ministry.

Rev. Jim Baker

Board Secretary and Christian Witness Advisor

Pastor Baker has worked in Christian ministry since 1995.  He has served as Young Adults Pastor in two mega-churches in North Carolina and as Senior Pastor since 2006.   He has a heart for serving the POW’S (Poor, Orphaned, Widowed and Single mothers) and is known as a witty and engaging public speaker.  Under his leadership, his church has experienced explosive growth, depth and has launched numerous outreach projects.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, as well as Master of Arts in Counseling and Master of Divinity degrees from Assemblies of God Seminary.  He currently works as Senior Pastor, Zion Christian Fellowship in Columbus, Ohio.

Rev. Joe Giamo

Board Member and Operations Advisor

Joe Giamo has served in ministry and nonprofit leadership since 1993.  He was a Senior Pastor for eight years and has worked in nonprofit development since 2001.  During his career in development, Joe has distinguished himself as a top producer and exemplary leader working  in grant writing, special event planning, leading missions teams overseas, securing major gifts and as East Coast Regional Manager of a major gifts team with a large international ministry.  He is also a Certified Leadership Development Coach.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College in Marketing.   He currently works as the Assistant to the Chairman, Northeast Region, for the Christian Broadcasting Network.

Frances Kay Allen

Chairman, Human Resources Advisory Committee

Frances is a nonprofit leader experienced in accounting, taxes and finance.  She has served on several nonprofit boards of directors and currently oversees the finances for several churches and outreach ministries.  She also served as a church planter with her late husband, Skip Allen.

She currently works as the President of Forms at Homestead, a nonprofit and private tax and accounting company.
